Menezes de Oliveira is 46 years old, married, and has three children.
In July 2003, he graduated with a degree in Law (specializing in legal policy) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
He began his professional internship in 2004 and, in 2006, opened his first law firm. He practiced law until 2011. He then formed the law firm “Cristóvão Nunes & Menezes de Oliveira, sociedade de advogados, RL.”
On the other hand, he held the position of President of a Municipal Council during the 2013–2017 municipal mandate, having deepened his knowledge, training, and legal practice, and enriched his professional experience in Administrative Law, Tax Law and Tax Litigation, Local Government legislation, Urban Planning and Private Works Law, and Criminal Law.
In addition to these branches of Law, he practices his profession in the fields of Real Estate, Contracts, Inheritance and Division of Estates, Tax Litigation, Enforcement, Registries and Notary, Commercial Law, Banking Law, Tax Criminal Law, Sports Law, and Public Employment Law.
During the municipal mandate, he shared much knowledge and experience with more than 100 human resources, employees, and senior technical staff, both internal and external to the municipality. After this municipal experience in leading the Municipality, in December 2017 he resumed his professional activity, practicing exclusively law and his legal training and practice on a global basis. Between May 2019 and January 2020, he attended the Postgraduate course in Management and Public Administration, coordinated by Professor Bacelar Gouveia. In September 2021, he was admitted to the Master's degree program – specialization in Tax Law – at the Catholic University of Porto. He is dedicated to being the best at home and at work, striving to be different because he does what he loves so that his children and clients appreciate what he does with professionalism and dedication to the causes entrusted to him.
